Private and NHS breast care
MBBS, BSc, MD, FRCS
Consultant Breast Surgeon
Specialist breast assessment, all benign lumps, breast pain, cancer surgery, reconstruction advice, family history consultations, and cosmetic breast surgery in Buckinghamshire.
"A breast symptom or diagnosis can feel life-changing. My aim is to support you with clear information, careful surgery, and a plan that feels understandable."
Mr Giles Cunnick, Consultant Breast SurgeonAbout me
I am a highly experienced consultant breast surgeon who has specialised in treating breast disease for 20 years.
I trained at St Bartholomew's Hospital in London and am a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
I currently chair the ABS and NHS Breast Screening Programme Audit Committee. This committee is responsible for the UK breast screening data collection. An annual report is produced to help support ongoing service improvements for women with screen-detected breast cancer.
This website aims to provide helpful information about my breast service. It also provides useful links to other breast care websites, with comprehensive explanations of several breast conditions.
All patients are given an individual high-quality service, using the latest medical innovations such as sentinel node biopsy, tomosynthesis mammography AND/OR ultrasound, Magseed and vacuum-assisted biopsies.
My breast clinics are assisted by a full complement of consultant breast radiologists and breast care nurses. The majority of patients are given a diagnosis at the first consultation clinic, although sometimes biopsy results are required at another appointment.
